  • Happy Monday! It's the first day since new year our house is illness free and it's brilliant! It's a sunny day, here is a gorgeous house. I walk past this house almost daily and it always makes me smile. Like the houses I drew as a kid, my dream house. Couldn't resist a quick sketch practising continuous line, limited palette, using ink and coloured pencil, a real work in progress. It was fun! 🏑 πŸŽ¨πŸšΆπŸ½β€β™€οΈ#drawingchallenge #dailydrawing2019 #inkdrawing #ink #art #illustration #creativelifehappylife #creativejanuary #sketchbook #sketch #walktosee #draw #sketch #pencilsketch #colouredpencil #linedrawing
  • Drawing beach huts I came across this gorgeous mobile. Fish beautifully sculpted out of wire that look like they're dancing over the sea 🌊 🐟 🐟 🐟
  • I have a love for the North East. I used to live there and met the amazing @tony.hodgetts when we were both studying at Newcastle. This summer we visited and it was wonderful. Can't wait to go back. ❀️ πŸ˜‡ πŸ™Œ
  • The seasons are changing, it's overcast and wet, I love the changing colours and light. I've been walking past these gorgeous sailing boats for years now, and sometimes watched them sail on a Sunday, but only recently stopped to draw them. The masts make a loud whistling sound in the wind and I love the different coloured covers and the shape of the boats 🌊 πŸ’¨β›΅οΈπŸ’™
  • More Yorkshire Moors. By Haworth. Breathtaking to watch the colour rapidly change as shadows move across the landscape. Unfettered beauty and power. 🌾✨❀️
  • We were lucky, going to the Bronte Parsonage in Haworth and then walking across the moors to Top withens. Here is the mesmerising view from Top Withens. It was so bright and sunny and pure magic. Though I can't wait to come back and do the walk when it's cold, wet and windy to draw.
